A: Mr-Properties charge only a nominal amount compared to estate agents fees. We offer our services for £50, this includes listing your property and details on our site, with pictures.
Q: Are there any hidden 'catches' I should know about?
A: No. It's just good business for both of us. We advertise your property for a small £50 fee, and you get good exposure for your property sale.
Q: How fast can the details be added?
A: It is possible to upload your details in 48 hours, with all your pictures. Please call us for details.
Q: Which areas does Mr-Properties cover?
A: We cover the whole of the UK.
Q: What kind of properties do you include?
A: We include all flats, houses and bungalows, leasehold or freehold, derelict, needing work or brand new.
Q: What do I have to send for you to add my property details?
A: We can send you by email or post an online form for you to include all your property details, such as house type, room sizes, and any other particulars you wish to be advertised.
Q: What kind of pictures of my property do you need?
A: We know that the best pictures are good quality photos free of clutter, that show your property in the best light. Frontal views and internal views of your property work well.
Q: How do I send you all the details of my property?
A: We can accept emails of all your particulars, with our online form, photos can also be sent in this way, or you can fill in the property details form which we will send you by post. We can also accept your property photos by post, but cannot return these, unless you include a self addressed envelope with postage covered.
Q: How long will my property be advertised?
A: We will advertise your property until its sold ! many other companies only advertise your property for a month, unless you pay considerably more.
Q: How much would I save advertising with Mr-Properties compared to advertising with an estate agent?
A: Estate agents usually charge a commission around 2-3% of the property value, plus VAT! You save that money instead - and it's your right to sell direct. Please note that if you have already instructed an estate agent they may still try and claim a fee. Depending on the exact terms of any contract you have signed. Generally as long as you are not sole agency this will not apply. Even if you are sole agency then you can always cancel this arrangement.
